Senatorial Scholarship

If you know of a student in need of financial assistance for the 2026-2027 academic school year, please forward the following information about my Senatorial scholarship.

Each year, Delegates and Senators in the Maryland General Assembly award thousands of Maryland students financial aid to further their education. The Senatorial Scholarship Program provides funds for enrollment in undergraduate, graduate or professional studies at approved colleges, universities and private career (or vocational) schools in the State of Maryland to eligible students.

Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year are now closed. Please revisit this webpage on February 1, 2027, for the senatorial scholarship application for the Fall 2027-Spring 2028 academic year.

Please note that Senatorial Scholarships are awarded for 4 years and are automatically renewed each year. Upon graduation, students may re-apply for graduate studies.
