Who May Apply
Current high school seniors, full-time or part-time, degree-seeking undergraduate and graduate students. Senatorial scholarships are only awarded to District 11 residents applying for admission to an institution of higher education within the State of Maryland. If a student intends to study a unique major that is not offered at a Maryland institution, please contact the Maryland Higher Education Commission to obtain a unique major application. Please visit MD Elect to determine if you are a resident of District 11.
How to Apply
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and then complete my 2023-2024 scholarship application. Students can download my scholarship application here.
Award Information
The award can only be applied if a student is enrolled in six or more credits per semester.
Due Date
All applications are due on or before April 14, 2023.
